[Herald Tribune] Britain’s government on Tuesday accepted an order by the European Court of Human Rights to delay the extradition of a radical Muslim preacher accused of helping to set up a terrorist training camp in the United States.
The court, which is based in Strasbourg, France, said it ruled Monday that Abu Hamza al-Masri should not be extradited to the United States before judges examine his case.
