[AAP] Paid maternity leave is a basic human right, Sex Discrimination Commissioner Elizabeth Broderick says.
A national scheme was long overdue and a pressing issue for the two-thirds of working women not able to access paid leave, she said.
The rest.

“Maternity” leave cannot be a “basic human right” when only approximately half a population comes equipped with a uterus and womb. Aussie Sex Discrimination Commissioner Elizabeth Broderick could use a refresher course in BASIC ENGLISH. Seems to me her post-modern feminist ideological perspective is standing in the way of her talking grammatical sense. Please feel free to quote this in Australian papers. A lack of ability to SPEAK and EXRESS oneself in a language is indicative of a compromised ability to THINK in that language. And I suspect that Sex Discrimination Commissioner Elizabeth Broderick likely speaks only English (or thinks she does).
Based upon the evidence, Sex Discrimination Commissioner Elizabeth Broderick should be removed from her position and made to undergo undergo psychological evaluation until such time as her sanity can be endorsed by a panel of sober, sane shrinks and psychologists.
