You’re Not A Man, You’re A “Birth Assigned Man”

Many transsexual people live in poverty, and cannot afford the surgery that they need to live happy, healthy lives free from discrimination. The Human Rights Commission see many problems with denying access to surgery: “Presenting as the other sex is especially difficult for birth assigned men transitioning to women.
