He is the plaintiff on over half of all Section 13 cases in the history of the Canadian ”Human Rights” Commission and on every case before the Tribunal in the last five years. Section 13 is Warman’s Law; the CHRC is Warman’s Inquisition; and the CHRT is Warman’s Star Chamber.

I. THE ISSUE

[1] The Canadian Human Rights Commission asks that Sandra Goldstein be disqualified from this Review proceeding, alleging that her participation gives rise to a reasonable apprehension of bias.

[2] The Commission’s motion is based upon the fact that, prior to her appointment to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, Ms. Goldstein was employed by the Canadian Human Rights Commission. According to written submissions filed by the Commission: “Ms. Goldstein’s close temporal relationship with the Commission, a party to these proceedings, in precisely the same subject area as the issues she will be called upon to determine and, in particular, her employment in a subordinate position to the Commission’s key expert witness, places her sufficiently close to give rise to a reasonable apprehension of bias and/or reverse bias.”

vs:

Warman and Steacy had worked together, not just as colleagues at the CHRC where they were both “hate” investigators, but as “client” and “service provider”, when Warman filed a complaint and Steacy investigated it.

Fighting Fire With Fire?

Marc Lubuis:

Last Friday, I announced my intention to file a complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) against a Montreal Salafi imam under the Canadian Human Rights law prohibiting “hate propaganda” disseminated via the Internet. My complaint has been filed. I will now explain my objectives.

At first glance, as a strong defender of freedom of speech, it may seem paradoxical that I file a complaint with the aim of preventing a Salafi imam from expressing his views. In fact, my goal is to force a debate on freedom of expression and bring the public and the media to denounce the new role that CHRC is taking on, that is : Censor of “blasphemy” .

This disturbing trend, both internationally and domestically, must be reversed now before it is too late. At stake is the survival of democracy and freedom. Nothing less !

I am also seeking to attract media attention and public awareness toward the Salafi ideology. This is not a harmless religious discourse. Far from it. It is a dangerous ideology that should be outlawed.
